EMANUELE, angelina Angelina Emanuele, 88, wife of the Late Attilio Emanuele. Passed away on Sunday at Middlesex Health Care Center. She was born May 1, 1925 in Middletown, daughter of the late Sebastian and Emanuela (Dolce) DeProto and Step Mother Josephine Dolce. She was a member of St. Sebastian church. Prior to her retirement she was employed by Jerome Garment and Carmela Coats and later From the City of Middletown School System. She is survived by a Son and daughter-in-law Salvatore and Bonnie Emanuele of Middletown. Two daughters Anna Milardo and her husband Vincent of Middletown and Nellie Salvatore and her husband Ed of Portland. Her beloved grandchildren Dr. Sebastian Milardo and his wife Tina, Sandra and David Favale, Lenore and Nathaniel Williams, Stephan and Marianne Salvatore , Salvatore Emanuele and Rachel and Nick DeJohn .Also 8 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and beloved friends. She is predeceased by a Brother Salvatore DeProto and Sisters Josephine Pattavina, Mary Sequenzia, Rose Pantanella and Rosetta Pfau. Funeral Services will be held Thursday morning at 9 A.M. from the D’Angelo Funeral Home, 22 South main St. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. at St. Sebastian Church. Burial will follow in the family plot in St. Sebastian Cemetery, Middlefield. Relative and friends may call at the Funeral Home weds from 5-7.P.M. The Family would like to thank the entire staff of Middlesex Convalescent Center for the Care and Compassion the was shown to them during her stay it was greatly appreciated. They would like to give a special thanks to Michelle Martinez and Demaris Gozman and Richard Marrero.
