To the Harris Family,
I'm so sorry to read of Charlie's passing. I knew Charlie from City Hall with his frequent visits to our office. He was such a pleasant and gentle man and always a pleasure to talk with him. I'm sure he will be missed by all.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all and with Charlie.

My thoughts & prayers go out to "Kippy" & the entire Harris family....I used to be their paper girl years ago & that family was one of the nicest on my route. I actually worked for the Middletown Press a few years back & got a call from them that they hadn't received their paper that morning & I brought their paper out to them personally just to be able to see them....
