Concetto Monarca Obituary

MONARCA, CONCETTO Concetto Monarca , 76 , of Harvest Wood Rd., Middlefield beloved husband of Sebastiana (Scomporlino) Monarca died on Thursday at his residence. Born on June 11,1937 in Melilli, Italy son of the late Salvatore and Vincenza (Morello) Monarca. Concetto had been a resident of Middlefield most of his life. A member of St. Sebastian Church. Besides his wife he is survived by his loving family 2 sons Salvatore Monarca of Durham, Fabrizio Monarca of Middlefield. a brother Giuseppe Monarca of Italy. 4 grandchildren also several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held on Monday at 9 am from the Coughlin - Lastrina Funeral Home, 491 High St., Middletown followed by a mass of Christian Burial in St. Sebastian Church at 10 am. Burial will be in St. Sebastian Cemetery, Middlefield. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 5 to 7 pm.

Sal, Fabrizio, and family, we are so sorry to hear of the passing of your dad! He is good man and I'll always remember the years I worked for Sebby and getting to know his family, sometimes working with Sal and Fabrizio, when they were young, you turned into good men, and I am sure your father is proud of you!
