I had the great pleasure of working with Helen at Cypress. She was a great lady who was loved by so many. She led a great life and touched so many people along the way. I'm glad to say that I got to know her. She will be missed.

I enjoyed many years knowing Helen as a co-worker at Cypress and beloved member of the extended Carta family. All three of my sons worked as bus boys and enjoyed her company as well. You couldn't put anything on Helen. She was always on the ball and keeping everyone else in line with her jovial demeener and high spirit. What a wonderful person! The entire Middlesex County will miss her!

My sincere condolences to Helen's family and also her extended family, the Carta's and everyone who ever worked at or frequented the Cypress Grill. Helen was a legend and everyone loved her. She zipped around the restaurant and brought smiles to millions. I can only hope some of her work ethic, attention to detail and longevity rubbed off on me during my first job as a bus-boy at the Cypress in the early 90's. Rest in Peace, Helen.

Helen was an amazing women. I had the pleasure of working with her for 4 years at Cypress. She never once forgot to send my kids a birthday card, even 12 years after I left Cypress. My kids called her Auntie Helen.. and loved her with all their heart. She was always an added fixture to our lives. She lead an amazing life and will never be forgotten.

I remember Helen from my days working at Woodward Town & Country Pharmacy - she was a hoot. My grandfather was a CSP Trooper many years ago, he would stop at the Cypress for coffee...
