Jon W. Hall, 48, of East Haddam died suddenly at his residence on October 16, 2013. Beloved husband of Karen (Gronholm) Hall. Devoted son of the late Oliver E. & Edna Hall. Jon was the loving and proud father of Joshua of Ivoryton, Jacob of Colchester and Zachary of East Haddam. Jon was born in Middletown, raised in Westbrook, graduated Westbrook High School 1983, he was an avid outdoorsman, loved to camp with his boys, kayaking, golf, tennis, Bass fishing and was passionate about music. He was the most loving, caring and perfect man to everybody he met. In addition to his wife and sons, Jon is survived by his brother, Edward Hall of Clinton, his sister, Colleen (George) Antone of Ivoryton, his brother, Thomas (Heidi) Hall of Austin, TX, his sister, Mariann Hall of Middletown, his granddaughter, Georgiana and dog COSMO. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, October 21st from 5-7pm at Robinson, Wright & Weymer Funeral Home, 34 Main Street, Centerbrook. Jon will be laid to rest beside his parents at the North Vienna Cemetery, Vienna, Maine on Tuesday. To share a memory of Jon please visit rwwfh.com.

So many fond memories of my brother will forever be embedded in heart - his smile and laugh was so infectious - so many talents and always known as a guy who could fix anything. All I know is he was a beautiful loving soul and loved his family. Joshua, Jacob, and Zach my heart is with you all during what is such a sad time for you and for all of us who love your Dad, my sweet youngest brother whom I will miss more than words could say.
