Mary Stachura Obituary
Mary is survived by three sons, Stanley Stachura, Jr. and his wife Debra of Cromwell, Edward Stachura and his wife Karen of East Haddam, Robert Stachura and his wife Ellen of Middletown, grandchildren, Erica, Brennen, Darryl, Stacy, Kate and Bobby; great-grandchildren, C.J., Mason, Charlie and Adeline and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her brother, Edward Kapinos and sister, Stella Miazga.
Her Funeral Liturgy will be Wednesday (September 18th) at 11 a.m. at St. Mary of Czestochowa Church, Middletown. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Blessed John-Paul School, 87 South Main Street, Middletown, CT 06457, Xavier High School, 181 Randolph Road, Middletown, CT 06457, Mercy High School, 1740 Randolph Road, Middletown, CT 06457 or to the Alzheimer's Association, 279 New Britain Avenue, Kensington, CT 06037. Dear Stanley, Ed, Bobby and your families. Memories of your dear parents are of warm visits, Polish food and customs, many laughs. Their warm, engaging friendliness made me and my family feel like adopted family. Our daughters also enjoyed having 'cousins.' Mary's interests and talents and energy were an inspiration and the love and bond between your parents was an example.

Dear Family of Mary, I have so many wonderful memories of Mary.

It is with sadden hearts to learn of the passing of Mary. Stan, E.J. and Rob, we remember so well of the times that our families spent together so many long years ago. Your Mom and Dad were such good people. I remember going to Middletown when we were kids and visiting your family ocean beach house. And when you all came up to St. Catharine for a visit, we all went to Niagara falls. My parents Stan and Jennie loved your parents. We will always remember those times. May God bless Mary's soul..
