Mollie Stalker

Mollie Stalker, 91, passed away Thursday, February 28, 2013 at the Luther Ridge Assisted Living in Middletown. She was the wife of the late Robert Stalker. Mrs. Stalker was born October 25, 1921 in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of the late Nicholas and Ann (Durante) Dolce. She was an Inspector for Pratt and Whitney until her retirement in the 1990's. She resided in New York before moving to Bridgeport. Since then she had resided in Milford, Prospect, South Paris, ME, Cheshire and most recently Middletown. During her years in Cheshire was a communicant of St. Bridget Church .Mrs. Stalker is survived by her daughters, Barbara Makanoff of Scarborough, NY, Judith Ratte of Middletown, and Patricia Young of South Paris, ME; her brother, Michael Dolce of Long Island, NY; seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her three brothers; her sister; as well as her grandson, Nicholas. Arrangements – Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 3, 2013 at 10 a.m. at St. Bridget Church, 175 Main St., Cheshire. Burial will be held at 2 p.m at St. Mary's Cemetery in Milford. Friends will be received by the family from 9:15 until the Mass begins at 10. Memorial contributions may be made to Luther Ridge Activities Fund 628 Congdon St. West, Middletown, CT 06457.
