Raymond McCarter Obituary

DURHAM >> Raymond J. McCarter Jr., 53, of Durham CT passed away on Sept 5 at Middlesex Hospital after a hard battle with Lung Cancer. He is survived by his son Raymond J. McCarter III, wife Christine McCarter of Middletown, his daughter Ashley E.(McCarter) Campany, husband Raymond Campany of East Haddam, Brother Kevin R. McCarter, wife Linda McCarter of Durham, four beautiful grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father Raymond J. McCarter, mother Betty J. McCarter, and sisters Linda Ahrens, Diane Tomporowski. A Funeral Liturgy will be held at Notre Dame Church, 280 Main Street, Durham, at 10 a.m. on Wednesday Sept. 11. Burial will be held at Mica Hill Cemetery.
