Samuel Siena, Jr. Obituary
Sam was an avid fan of the N.Y. Yankees and N.Y. Giants. He was well known for many years as a softball Coach in the Middletown Rec. League.
Besides his loving wife and mother he is survived by his uncles, William Siena, Sr. of East Hampton and Theodore Siena of Middletown. His aunts, Josephine Albanese and Helen Siena of Middletown. Also brother-in-law, Bruce Ledoux, niece and goddaughter, Sarah Desrosier and her husband Chris, great niece, Mackenzie Desrosier, also nieces, Teii Carta, Michelle Gagnon and Kris Overton. Nephew, Vinny Carta, four cousins and best friend of 57 years Salvatore Bartolotta and his Angel Bichon, Lucy.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday at 10 A.M. at St. Sebastian Church, 155 Washington Street, Middletown. Burial will follow in the family plot in St. John Cemetery, Middletown. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the Renovation Fund of St. Sebastian Church or the ASPCA, 424 East 92nd Street, New York, N.Y. 10128-6804. Arrangements are under the direction of D'Angelo Funeral Home, 22 South Main Street, Middletown. Pallbearers are; Thomas Siena, Scott Stoppa, Bruce Ledoux, Vincent Carta, Todd Anderson, Matthew Anderson.
Honorary bearers are; Salvatore Bartolotta and Joseph Walden.

Sheila, My heart is saddened to hear of Sammy's passing on...he'll live in our hearts forever. Memories of all our fun times during the Misenti's days come to my mind.....from our fancy drinks like the "Pizazz" to the Middletown High Basketball championship games...they were fun times with you guys! You are in my thoughts and prayers....Sammy will truly be missed!

We had lockers next to each other in HS and I remember you as a kind, caring and bright young man. 42 years have passed but I know you stayed the same outstanding guy you were back then. RIP
