Sebastiana Timbro

TIMBRO, SEBASTIANA (BARONE) Sebastiana Barone Timbro completed her earthly journey and passed on to Eternal rest on November 25, 2013. She was born in Middletown, daughter of Emanuele and Carmelina Scirpo Barone. She moved to Sicily when she was two. She was married to the late Salvatore for seventy years. In 1949 they immigrated to America along with their three sons. She is survived by Anthony Timbro and his wife Ruth Ann of Ormond Beach, FL, Michael Timbro and his wife Carol of Middlefield, Emanuele (Nello) Timbro and his wife Susan of Cromwell and also her daughter, Mary Ann Morello and her husband Salvatore of Rockfall. She was predeceased by an infant daughter, Ann Marie, two brothers, Paul and Sebastian Barone and a sister, Mary Marino. She was an amazing Italian mother and will be forever remembered for Sunday dinners by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchild. The most important things in her life were her faith, family and friends. The family would like to extend a world of gratitude to Middlesex Hospice and Middlesex Health Care Center for their care and compassion. A Funeral Liturgy will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Middletown. Friends may call Saturday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. prior to the service at Biega Funeral Home 3 Silver Street, Middletown. Burial will be in St. Sebastian Cemetery, Middlefield.
