JoAnn, I didn't mean to leave you out! Shirley spoke of you often as well. Her family meant a whole lot to her & I know she meant a lot to you to by the way you kept in touch. You will be in my prayers for peace & comfort as well as her boys & grandkids. GOD BLESS

Dave, Chris & family and Tom,
So very glad to be able to call your mom a friend. I was working @ McLean 12 1/2 years & truly thought of her as a friend. All of you boys did so well in keeping in touch with her over the years. Flowers from CA for birthdays & special days were wonderful. And you came to visit with her grandkids from CA more often than some others got visits from their kids in the same State! I think I got to meet all 3 of you @ some point and want to let you know your mom talked highly of all 3 of you. Unfortunately, I will not be able to get to Portland for her service. You will be in my prayers as I ask GOD to give you peace & comfort @ this difficult time. GOD BLESS YOU

Dear Thiffault Family: I just read of Shirley's passing and I send you my prayers and sympathy. At last she and George are together again. Shirley's bravery inspired us all as she carried on in spite of her illness.
