She is also survived by her siblings Salvatore Fazzino, Tina Sapia and Rose Mazzotta all of Middletown and six grandchildren Jamie Morello, Frankie, Emily and Nicolas Fazzino, Dustin and Colin Estelle.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday, May 28 from 5-7 p.m. at D'Angelo Funeral Home, 22 South Main St. Middletown and Funeral Service Wednesday 10 a.m at St. Sebastian Church . Burial will follow in St Sebastian |Cemetery, Middlefield..Donations in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
