I met Bill at Apple Rehab where my Mom is a resident. He would always greet me with a smile and a wink! He was so charming and I enjoyed talking with him. I arrived at Apple to visit my Mom the day after he passed and I miss him already as do all the staff. Pat, I spoke to you a few times while you were visiting and I want to convey my sincere sympathy to you and your family as do my Mom and sister. Know that we are thinking of you all. Sincerely, Ellen
