I will miss my weekly chemistry quizzes at the pharmacy. He was so much fun to chat with over the years. Such a nice man.

Austin was a Comrade in the VFW and was active by accepting the position of Trustee several times. His smile will be missed, during our visits together we would talk about pets and he always remembered the name of our cats, Sammy & Willie. He also was interested in the submarines I served on and provided him information on them. I liked to here the stories of his service to our country which were many.
God Bless you Austin and Thank You for Your Service.

Austin,
Was an amazing Friend and Mentor. He always took the time to listen to me and always told me what I needed to hear rather than what I wanted to hear. I will miss visiting him in CT and the long phone calls talking about life, lifting and everything thing else in our lives. He touched the heart of every person who met him and he always went out of his way to help anyone he could. He was never biased or judgmental. He loved his Granddaughter, Children and Daughter in law and always hoped he had been supportive enough of them all. He was an amazing individual but most of all he was my Friend I cherish the many memories I will carry of him and look forward to seeing him again one day.
God bless you Austin and thank you!
