Marjorie B. Hartsuch Obituary

Marjorie B. "Midge" Hartsuch passed away peacefully on November 21, 2018 at the age of 85.

She was the wife of George Hartsuch for 65 years. A wonderful and loving wife, full of caring and deep spirituality.

A great mother of Tom Hartsuch, Jill Parnell, Noreen Torres, and Steve Hartsuch. A loving grandmother to Chirstopher Parnell, Bridget Bailey, Bill Conroy, Zach Conroy, and Machala Conroy; and a great-grandmother to Harper Bailey and Sloan Bailey.

Midge loved to sing, Midge was a founding member of the barbershop group Prairie Echoes in DeKalb and later a member of Spirit of the Lakes in Wisconsin. She also enjoyed directing the chorus at the Oak Crest Retirement Home. As a member of the Sycamore United Methodist Church for 50 years she sang in the choir, was a member of many committees and also went on a number of mission trips.

She will be missed!

A celebration on her life will be held at Sycamore United Methodist Church, 160 Johnson Ave., on January 26, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.
