Mrs. Cecelia (Clement) Bacci, 83, of Kenneth City FL and formerly of Milford MA, died Wednesday (December 17, 2014) with her family by her side. Mrs. Bacci was pre-deceased by her husband, Mariana Bacci and her daughter, Jean Marie. Mrs. Bacci is survived by 1 Son: James Bacci and his family; 4 Grandchildren; 1 Brother: Walter Clement. Funeral services will be held in the Spring. Edwards Memorial Funeral Home of Milford MA is assisting the family.

Bigelow, Dorothy E.  
Dorothy E. (Ames) Bigelow, 86, a resident of Medway for 69 years, passed away at home on December 16, 2014. She was the wife of 64 years to John L. Bigelow, Jr. who died in 2011. The daughter of the late Oliver and Gladys (Parmenter) Ames, she was born and raised in Cochituate and graduated from Wayland High School in 1946. Dorothy was a member of the Medway Community Church and active in Girls Scouts and Cub Scouts for many years. She loved being a homemaker, crafts, baking and gardening and was an avid Celtics fan. She is survived by her children, Dorothy Skog, John Bigelow and his wife Cindi and Donald Bigelow, all of Medway and Joanne Lesiak and her husband Joseph of Hopedale, six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was the grandmother of the late Matt Bigelow and Ashawna Boykin. She was the sister of Maybelle Schnepel of Cochituate and pre-deceased by her sisters, Blanche Jay and Marjorie Stratton and her brothers Clarence, Herbert Ted, Roy and Robert Ames, all formerly of Cochituate. Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, December 18 from 4 -7 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 7 p.m. at the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St. in Medway ( www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com ). Bassignani, Carol M.  
Carol M. (Gauthier) Bassignani 68, of Franklin, died peacefully, at her home surrounded by her family, Wednesday Dec. 10, 2014 following an illness. She was the beloved wife of Nello P. Bassignani, Jr. Born June 13, 1946 in Milford, a daughter of the late Eli and Mary C. (Capone) Gauthier, she was a lifelong Franklin resident. She was raised and educated in Franklin, and was the former housekeeper at St. Marys Rectory in Franklin for over 10 years. Carol was also an integral part of the St. Roccos festival and for many years was a CCD teacher. She treasured spending time with her family, traveling to Disney World and Italy, was an avid gardener, a coach for Franklin Girls Softball, and was a member of the Franklin Gridiron Club, where she was known for her famous chili. She also enjoyed arts & crafts and doing water colors. In addition to her husband of 49 years, she is survived by her children; Lisa C. Bassignani and her husband Ronald Cook of Foxboro, Mary E. Davis and her husband Michael of Franklin, Debra L. Hanson of Franklin and Philip N. Bassignani and his wife Deidre of Franklin. Also surviving are her grandchildren; Nathan P. Bassignani, Lucy M. Cook, Autumn M. Hanson, Caoilinn M., Michael P. and Joseph N. Bassignani, a son in law Marc E. Hanson and a mother in law Catherine N. (Bertulli) Bassignani of Florida. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Monday Dec. 15th, at 11AM from the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home, 33 Cottage St. with a funeral Mass in St. Marys Church, Franklin at 12PM. Burial will be held at a later date in St. Marys Cemetery. Bellan, William  
William Butch Bellan, 68 of Blackstone passed away December 12, 2014 surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with Cancer. He was born May 27, 1946 in Waltham, a son of the late William and Mary (Rehill) Bellan, he lived in Bellingham for most of his life. He was raised and educated in Waltham, and spent most of his life working as a mechanic and shop manager for Midas. William enjoyed going to flea markets, collecting sporting cards and spending time with family and friends. He is preceded in death by his sister Lucia and is survived by his brother Robert Bellan of Millis. He is survived by his former wife Kathie. In addition he is survived by his children: Sandra Curley and her husband Brian of Franklin, Paul Bellan of Blackstone, Pamela Fraser and her husband Robert of Northbridge, William Bellan and his wife Sherie of Blackstone and Rick Bellan and his wife Julie of Franklin. Also surviving are his grandchildren Danielle Curley, Charles Curley, Timothy Curley, Robert Fraser, Jonathan Fraser, Abigail Fraser, Brandon Bellan, Brianna Bellan, Cooper Bellan, Claudia Bellan Ryan Bellan, Tyler Bellan and Ben Bellan and his niece Allison Bellan of Florida and nephew Robert Bellan of Millis. A Private Burial will happen at a later date in Waltham. Benjamin, Eduardo J.  
Eduardo J. Benjamin, 70, of Milford, passed away December 11, 2014 at the Countryside Healthcare in Milford. He was the husband of Maria (Araujo) Benjamin of 51 years. He was born in St. Michael, Portugal, son of the late Mariano and Silvana (DeJesus) Benjamin and immigrated to Milford in 1988. Mr. Benjamin, retired in 2006 from Welding Engineers in Framingham where he was employed as a sandblaster. In addition to his wife he survived by three sons Eduardo Benjamin of Northbridge, Adelino Benjamin and Carlos Benjamin both of Milford, three daughters Filomena Sebastao of Portugal, Lucia Arruda and Ana Salvador both of Milford, one brother Jose Benjamin of Portugal, two sisters Luisa Vasconselos and Romana Verissimo both of Portugal, sixteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at 9 A.M. from the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home Inc. 46 Water St. Milford MA. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 A.M at the St. Marys of the Assumption Church on Winter St. in Milford. The burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Bilgor, David R.  
David R. Bilgor, 65, of Milford, MA passed away unexpectedly on December 7, 2014. David was born in Providence, RI. Beloved husband to wife Connie Bilgor and loving father to daughter Julie Bilgor and proud future father-in-law to DJ Ross. He is survived by his sister Susan Peliks and her husband Gerald, his brother-in-law Douglas Tilley and his wife Joyce as well as four nephews and his mother-in-law Leora Tilley. He is predeceased by his parents Atty. Irving Bilgor and Myrtle Bilgor (Blum) and father-in-law Cecil Tilley. He is a graduate of Rhode Island Junior College and pursued a lifelong career as a salesman at ALA and AAA. In his spare time, David taught himself how to play the drums. He enjoyed time with his family in Falmouth and in New Hampshire. David enjoyed humanitarian work through his many volunteering endeavors in the community. Bucchino, F. Frank  
F. Frank Bucchino, 101 of Lake Havasu City, AZ, died Wed. Dec. 3, 2014 at his residence. He was the husband of the late Lucy V. (Izzo) Bucchino. Mr. Bucchino was employed for 28 years as an Insurance Agent for the John Hancock Life Ins. Co, retiring in 1973. He was born April 24, 1913 in Searsport, ME, son of the late Pasquale and Teresa (Vasile) Bucchino and was a graduate of Milford High School. He was a resident of Milford before moving to Lake Havasu City, AZ in 1987. Mr. Bucchino was a lifetime member of the former BPO Elks Lodge in Milford and a lifetime member of the Elks Lodge in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was a member and former president of the Insurance Agents Local 52C10 in Milford, MA and belonged to several golf and bowling leagues. He is survived by five sons, Frank and his wife Debra Bucchino of Northbridge, Nicholas and his wife Carolyn Bucchino of Milford, Leonard Bucchino and Carol Tinklepaugh, Frederick and his wife Helen Bucchino, and Patrick and his wife Patricia Bucchino all of Lake Havasu City, AZ; two daughters, Lucille Bucchino and Theresa Bucchino, both of Lake Havasu City, AZ, a sister Evelyn Zacchilli, of Milford; one daughter-in-law, Constance Bucchino of Teaticket, 25 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nep- hews. He was predeceased by a son Richard Bucchino and his wife Gail; 4 brothers, Rocco Bucchino, Vincent Bucchino, Pasquale Bucchino and Robert Bucchino, four sisters, Esther Bucchino, Enis Chiccarelli, Claire Peters and Lillian Balducci, and 2 daughters-in-law Helen (Ross-Consoletti) Bucchino and Susan (Chandler) Bucchino. Butcher Sr., Robert C.  
Robert C. Butcher, Sr., 90, of Medway and formerly of Greenville, NH died Friday, December 12, 2014 at the House of Milford. He was the beloved husband of 54 years to Iva E. (Crossman) Butcher who died in 2005. Born in Boston on May 31, 1924, he was the son of the late Archibald and Clementine (Wheeler) Butcher. Mr. Butcher proudly served in the Army during WWII in India. He was a baking teacher for 25 years at Monty Tech in Fitchburg and Keefe Tech in Framingham. He had also worked as a baker at Hazels Bakery in Wellesley and Boston. Mr. Butcher loved travelling by car, singing, playing hockey and was an avid fan of the Bruins and Red Sox. He is survived by two sons, Robert Butcher, Jr. and his wife Helen of Medway and Dale Butcher and his wife Bonnie of Marietta, Georgia. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Stella, Joshua and his wife Kiah, Justin, Jeremy, Jonathan and his wife Anastasia, James and his wife Shanna, Joseph, Joy, Joanna and Julia, two great-grandchildren, Josiah and Lydia and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Wesley and Irvin Butcher, Mildred Toney and Hilda Hatch.
