Bobeck, Heidi  
Heidi L. Bobeck, 59, of Hopkinton passed away January 23, 2015 at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Born in Clinton, MA., she was the daughter of the late Marion (Lockhart) and Dr. Charles F. Bobeck. Heidi was a 1973 graduate of Hopkinton High School and a 1977 graduate of the University of Vermont. She was formerly employed by Boston Children's Hospital, where she was a well respected medical researcher specializing in molecular genetics and cancer research. She is survived by her sister Heather Munroe and her husband Adam and nephew Aidan of Hopkinton, her aunts Mrs. Robert Bobeck of Framingham, Mrs. Mildred Alzapiedi of Sterling, Mrs. Nancy Williams of Atwater Ohio, and her aunt & uncle Mr. and Mrs. Albert Innamorati of Stowe, Vermont. She also leaves behind several cousins and step niece and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 29 from 4-6pm at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Hopkinton, 57 Hayden Rowe St. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com A private, graveside burial will take place at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Clinton on Friday, January 30th. Blease, Tierney  
Tierney Morris Blease. 11/23/57 - 1/17/15. Tierney was a beautiful, caring, and amazing woman with the kindest of hearts. A lover of many things such as spending time with her family, and riding with her husband on the motorcycle. Her adventurous personality made for great stories and she will forever be missed. Tierney is survived by her husband, David P. Blease; two children, Tamra Tarlin and Edward Alger Jr.; step-son, David T. Blease ; two brothers, Thomas and Christopher Morris; one sister Peggy Campbell; her son-in-law, Jonathan Tarlin, her mother-in-law, Evelyn Blease; her Aunt, Jane Morgan, and extended family that knew her very well and will miss her deeply including, but not limited to her family in the North Shore, as well as the family members that love her from Massachusetts and Illinois. She was taken too soon, but will forever remain in our hearts. Rest in the sweetest peace. A celebration of her life will be held at the convenience of the family.

Bettano Sr., James J.  
James J. Ponzi Bettano, Sr., 77, died Sunday, January 18, 2015 in Milford Regional Medical Center. His wife of 46 years, Jerry Ann (Priode) Bettano, died in 2007. Born in Boston, he was the son of the late John and Katherine (London) Bettano. He grew up in Boston and had lived in Lynn for many years, before moving to Mendon 17 years ago. Mr. Bettano was a veteran of the United States Navy. He worked as a chef at the former Morrielli's Restaurant in Boston for more than 30 years prior to retiring. He later continued his love of cooking for people by working with his daughter-in-law at Bettano's Restaurant in Mendon. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He leaves his son, James J. Bettano, Jr. and his wife Cindy of Mendon; a brother Roy Bettano of Wilmington, MA; and two grandchildren, Katie and Michael Bettano. He was also predeceased by his sister Vikki Sweeny. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 24 at 12 noon in the Williams-Pedersen Funeral Home, 45 Main St., Upton ( www.uptonfunerals.com ). Calling hours at the funeral home are Saturday from 10 am to 12 noon prior to the service.
