Crawford, Santina E.  
Santina E. (Accorsi) Crawford 92, of Franklin, died peacefully, at her home with her family by her side, Sunday Aug. 30, 2015 following a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Howard A. Crawford who died in April. Born April 17, 1923 in Franklin, a daughter of the late Robert A. & Primera (Viola) Accorsi, she was a lifelong Frank-lin resident. She was educated in Frank-lin, and along with her late husband, operated the Akin-Bak Farm located on West Central Street in Franklin. Santina loved working the farm, she would be seen planting vegetables, taking care of the chickens, and most of the other tasks associated with a working farm. She enjoyed spending time with her family, listening to opera, speaking Italian, and talking with customers as they came to purchase goods. Santina was a member of the Franklin VFW Ladies Auxillary, St. Marys Church, the Norfolk County Beekeepers Association, and was a past Pocahontas with the Improved Order of Red Men Wonewok Tribe, Franklin. She is survived by her children; Susanna M. Shipman and her husband Carroll of Monrovia, Maryland, Michael G. Crawford and his wife Kathryn of Stow, Ohio, Elizabeth B. Betty Rousseau of Merrill, Maine, 4 sisters, Anna L., Elizabeth M., Rachel A. Accorsi all of Franklin and Ellenmae Costello of North Attleboro. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Susanna L. Theriot, Seth W. Rousseau, Benjamin J. Rousseau, Jennifer L. Shipman, Joshua H. Shipman, Kerri L. Surace, Michael P. Crawford, and 3 great grandchildren, Madison, Logan and Ava Shipman. She was the sister of the late Melina Accorsi-Taggart, Deglia Accorsi-Galipeau, Robert A., Emma T., and Armando Accorsi. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her calling hours Wednesday Sept. 2nd, in the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. from 4-7PM. Her funeral service and interment at the Massachusetts National Cemetery will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be sent to the National Federation of the Blind 200 East Wells St. Baltimore, MD 21230.

Connor, Doris E.  
Doris E. Connor, 97, of Hopkinton, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Cora (Kimball) and Herman Larter. She was the wife of the late William Connor. Doris had worked for Farrar Fire Truck Builders in Woodville until her retirement at the age of 65 and then went on to work as a bookkeeper at Smith Mill until the age of 91. She was a member of the 4th Marine Division Alumni. She loved her dog, Iwo. She is survived by two children, Barry Smith and Beverly Gedutis and her husband Paul all of Hopkinton; 4 grandchildren, Shon, Shannon, Jen, Keri, as well as 7 great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her sister in law, Jessie Larter of Woodville as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She is predeceased by her brother, Howard Larter and her grandson Adam. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 1st from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Hopkinton, 57 Hayden Rowe Street. www.chesmorefuneral home.com . Castelline, Paul D.  
Paul D. Castelline, age 59, of Framingham passed away on August 28, 2015 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of 27 years to Denise (Simmons) Castelline. Born in Concord, MA on May 22, 1956 he was the son of the late Dominic and Alice (Brown) Castelline. Paul attended and graduated from Acton-Boxborough Regional High School in 1974. He graduated in 1979 from Framingham State College and later went on to earn a Masters degree. Paul was an avid birder and enjoyed woodworking, especially making furniture. He also enjoyed staying active by hiking and being involved with the Framingham United Youth Soccer Association. His true passion was helping people in any way he could and being of service to others. Paul was a math teacher at Franklin High School for 31 years, where he was loved by his students. Paul and Denise married on August 6, 1988. Along with his loving wife Denise, he is survived by their three children, Ryan, Erin and Michaela of Framingham, his brother David Castelline and his wife Anne of Concord, MA and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Paul on Thursday, September 3rd from 5:00 | 8:00 PM in the Fowler-Kennedy Funeral Home, 42 Concord Street, Maynard. His funeral service will be Friday, September 4th at 10:00 am at St. Marks Episcopal Church, 27 Main Street, Southborough. Interment will follow in Edgell Grove Cemetery, Framingham. Costello, James  
James M. Costello, 80, of Bellingham, MA passed away peacefully at home on Monday, August 24, 2015 with his loving family by his side. He was the beloved husband for 55 years of Lillian A. (Vitello) Costello. Born in Boston, MA on June 25, 1935, he was the son of the late John J. and Jane H. Jennie (Mitchell) Costello. He was the loving father of Jean Marie Costello of West Boylston, MA, Marianne Costello of Myrtle Beach, SC, and James M. Costello, Jr. and his wife Diane of Millville, MA. He leaves his cherished grandchildren Erin, Erica, Michael and Matthew Costello. He was the brother of the late Mary Nevin, Joseph Costello, Catherine Brooks, Anna Kelliher, John, Lawrence, Thomas and Francis Costello. He also leaves his beloved brother-in-law Albert Vitello and his wife, Harriet of East Boston, MA. He was the devoted uncle to his many nieces and nephews. A resident of Bellingham since 1963 formerly of South Boston, he was a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Jamaica Plain Class of 1952 and then received his associates degree from Newbury Junior College. He was a United States Air Force Veteran serving during the Korean War and received the National Defense Service Medal, the Aircrew Member Badge and the Good Conduct Medal. Jim was a United States Post Office Letter Carrier for 33 years working in the Jamaica Plain Post Office and the Newton Center Post Office retiring in 1990. He was a former member of the Franklin Elks, a member of the CMBUA | Central Massachusetts Baseball Umpires Association, and was a founding member of the Bellingham Umpire Association. He was a lifelong Red Sox fan. He was a member of the Bellingham Elder Services Group. Devoted to his family, Jim will be greatly missed. Funeral will be held on Friday, August 28th at 9:00AM from CARTIERS FUNERAL HOME, 151 So. Main St. (Rte 126), Bellingham, MA with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM at St. Brendans Church, 384 Hartford Ave., Bellingham. Interment will follow at St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham. Visiting hours are on Thursday, August 27th from 5 to 8PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O.
