Concetta J. Connie (Rossi) Bertonazzi, 100, of Milford MA, passed away June 29, 2016 at the Medway Country Manor in Medway MA. She was the wife of the late Peter J. Bertonazzi who passed away in 2009. She was born in Milford daughter of the late Armando and Pasqualina (Montecalvo) Rossi and was a lifelong Milford resident. Connie was educated in the Milford schools. She is survived by her son former Senate Majority Leader Louis P. Bertonazzi and his wife Barbara (Szymanski) Bertonazzi of Milford, three grandchildren, Gregg L. Bertonazzi Esq. of Uxbridge, Lisa Bertonazzi-Valaouras wife of Thomas Valaouras of Milford, David L. Bertonazzi Esq. of Milford, three great grandchildren, Nicholas Bertonazzi of Uxbridge, Peter Bertonazzi and Griffin Bertonazzi both of Milford, several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at 9 A.M from the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. Milford MA. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 A.M. at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church 7 East Main St Milford. The burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Rose Marie Burkle, 86, of Holliston, passed away June 23, 2016. Born in New York, New York, she was the daughter of the late Rozella (Seaman) and Charles Wildner. She was the beloved wife of George C. Burkle of Holliston to whom she would have been married for 67 years on June 25th. Besides her husband, she is survived by her children, Linda Foley and her husband Michael of California, Susan Estrella and her husband David of Medway, Gordon Burkle and his wife Cindy of Uxbridge; her sister, Joan O'Dell of NY and 7 grandchildren, Stacey, Marc, Gregory, Michael, Andrew, Adam, and Ashley, as well as 10 great-grandchildren. Clark, George N.  
George N. Clark, 84, of Natick MA, passed away June 28, 2016 at the Beth Israel Hospital in Boston surrounded by his family. He was born in Boston, son of the late George and Eleanor (McDonald) Clark and lived most of his life in Hopkinton before moving to Natick in 1999. He was educated in the Boston schools. He was a Korean War Navy Veteran. Mr. Clark retired in 2000 from the U.S. Postal Service where he was employed as a letter carrier at the Wellesley MA Post Office. He is survived by his longtime companion Rosemary Hall of Natick, his children, Thomas M. Clark and his wife Susan of Milford, Joseph E. Clark of Uxbridge, Wayne F. Clark of Uxbridge, Jane Kathleen Clark of Uxbridge, Karen J. and her husband Niel Collins of Raymond NH, one sister Joan Fitzgerald of FL, nine grandchildren, ten great- grandchildren, one great- greatgrandchild, many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sons, George N. Clark and Robert W. Clark, and one brother Robert Clark. The funeral will be held Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 9 A.M from the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. Milford MA. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 A.M. at the St. Mary of the Assumption Church on Winter St. The burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Collier, Mary A.  
Mary Ann (Kay) Collier, 104, passed away Friday, June 17, 2016 at Seabury Retirement Community, Bloomfield, CT. Born April 25, 1912 in Elkton, MD daughter of the late Squire and Marie (Bridge) Kay. She was a resident of Hopedale, MA for many years and was a graduate of Hopedale High School in 1930 and Newton-Wellesley School of Nursing in 1933. She was a private nurse for ten years. Mary entered the US Army Nurse Corp 1943 and served at Camp Miles Standish and with the 123rd Evac Hospital in Germany, followed by 3 years at Cushing Veterans Hospital in Framingham, MA, achieving the rank of Captain. She married the late Dudley Foster Collier of Billerica and lived there for 43 years. She was an active member of St. Annes Episcopal Church, a Town Meeting Member for many years, Bennett Public Library Trustee, member of the Historical Society and active in all branches of scouting. In 1992 Mary was a pioneer resident of the Seabury. She leaves a son, Robert K. Collier of CA and a grandson, Travis Lanning. She was predeceased by two daughters, Jill Collier and Leslie Collier Lanning. Mary was a very strong and independent woman. She loved gardening, knitting and especially family and friends. Several special friends (teachers in Bloomfield) came weekly to Seabury to sing with her and other residents. Her family and many friends will miss her. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Marys name may be made to Crotched Mountain Foundation, One Verney Drive, Greenfield, NH 03047 for the Jill Collier Special Education Teacher Scholarship Fund. Frederick, Ralph F.  
Ralph F. Frederick, 81, passed away peacefully in his sleep after an illness on Thursday, June 23, 2016, surrounded by his loved ones. He joins his late wife, Barbara A. (Jensen) Frederick in eternity. He then continued his life living with his dearest friend Patricia Coughlin in Naples, Florida and North Attleboro, MA. Born in Boston, MA on March 11, 1935, he is the son of the late Ralph W. and Laura A. (MacVeigh) Frederick. He is the loving father of the late Karen Ryan St. Gelais, Linda Frederick Ricci and her husband, Luigi of Milford, MA, Glen Frederick and his wife, GarryJean of Bellingham, MA, Deborah Frederick of Woonsocket, RI, the late Mark Frederick, and Cindy Frederick Stephens and her husband, Edward of Mendon, MA. He leaves his eight cherished grandchildren, Jaclyn Taylor, Eric Taylor and his wife, Justine, Christopher Frederick, Kerry Frederick, Laura Taylor, Ryan Mellone, Samantha Stephens and Lindsey Stephens, and his two great-grandchildren, Emma Taylor and Owen Taylor. He is also survived by his brother Russell Frederick and sister Diane Bilodeau, and predeceased by his brothers Paul Frederick and Richard Frederick, and his sister Nancy Lang. Ralph lived in Bellingham for most of his life with his wife and children. He worked for UPS for over 35 years. He was a United States Air Force Korean War Veteran and received the National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal and Air Crew Member Badge. He served as Vice Commander of the Bellingham VFW Post 7272. Devoted to his family, Ralph will be greatly missed. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 30, at 10:00 a.m. at Cartiers Funeral Home, 151 So. Main St. (Rte 126), Bellingham, MA. Interment will follow at St. Jean Baptise Cemetery, Wrentham Rd., Bellingham. Griffin, Robert L.  
Robert Leland Griffin, of Franklin, passed away peacefully in his sleep after a long illness on June 26, 2016 at Milford Regional Medical Center, surrounded by his family. He was born August 30,1946 in Boston to the late Robert W. & Eleanor R. (Nickerson) Griffin. Due to his fathers military career, he lived & attended school in Wichita, KS, Rhein Air Force Base in Germany, Moses Lake WA & graduated from Hyde Park HS in 1965. He played football and wrestled in high school. He was very active in the Dorchester community, coaching a variety of sports and working for the YMCA as a lifeguard and camp counselor. He served in the USAF for 3 years, stationed at U-Tapao Airfield in Thailand during the Vietnam War. He became a letter carrier with the USPS in Cambridge, moved to the Dorchester office, then spent over 30 years in the Needham office, retiring in 2012. He moved to Franklin in 1980 with his family. An avid sports fan, he rarely missed a Pats or Red Sox game & spent countless hours supporting his son on the Franklin and Harvard wrestling teams. He was an active member of St. Marys Parish & the Elks Lodge in Franklin. He was an avid bowler as a young man and in later years played darts on local teams. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Linda A. (Tessari) Griffin, son Robert & wife Janine of Norfolk, daughter Jan & fiance Jerry Skeean of Palmer, 5 grandchildren: Sonja, Joseph, Michael, Peter & Eleanora, a sister Regina & her husband Lawrence Simmons of Middleburg, FL, siblings in law & their spouses: Donna & Curt of Hyde Park, Eileen & Paul of Pembroke, Victor & Kim of Gardiner ME, Gerard & Mary of Maynard, James & Judy of Arlington, Christine & Craig of Lancaster, 6 nieces, 3 nephews, 4 grandnieces, 3 grandnephews, & many cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Friday July 1st, at 9:15AM from the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home, 33 Cottage St. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Marys Church, Franklin at 10AM. Hendricks, Sylvia I.  
Sylvia I. Hendricks (nee Johnson), 83, of Yarmouth Port passed away on June 28, 2016 at Milford Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Born in Sparrowbush, NY, she was the daughter of the late Willard L. and Irene J. (Hensz) Johnson. She was the sister of Willard Johnson and his wife Patricia of Canandaigua, NY. Sylvia was the beloved wife of the late Kenneth J. Hendricks to whom she was married for 53 years at his passing. She was the mother of Robert Hendricks, Michael Hendricks, Julie Wilcox and her husband, Mark. In addition to her children, she is survived by her grandchildren, Benjamin Hendricks, his wife Kelly, Tyler Hendricks, his wife Grace, and Patrick Wilcox and Nicole Fernandes. Sylvia is also survived by the loves of her life, her great-grandsons, Cameron Hendricks, Connor Hendricks and Traiger Wilcox. Sylvia also leaves many friends, cousins, nephews and nieces, and one aunt, Theresa (Hensz) Tebo. Sylvia was an accomplished organist, who, over the years, played and led choirs in San Francisco and San Diego, CA, US Naval Academy Chapel at Annapolis, MD and locally at St. Mary Parish in Holliston, St. Edward the Confessor Parish in Medfield, and her own parish, St. Joseph in Medway. A keen Boston Red Sox fan, Sylvia loved to watch a Sox game, especially at Fenway Park with her family. She also had a great appreciation for nature and birds. One of her favorite hobbies was to research family histories and passed down her love of genealogy to her daughter. But most of all, she was devoted to spending time with her family, friends, and her dogs, Maddie and Daisy. She will be greatly missed by all. A private burial at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne will be at the convenience of the family. The Hendricks family is deeply grateful to the staff of the Intensive Care Unit and clergy at Milford Regional Medical Center for their expertise and compassion.
