Charles M. Clark Jr.

Charles M. Clark Jr., 45, of Maine and formerly of Milford, passed away Thursday, June 20, 2013 at home. Charlie was easy-going and kind spirited who was born in Ansonia, CT in 1968 the son of Charles M. and Sharon A. (Kuczenski) Clark, Sr. of Milford and was a 1986 graduate of Blackstone Valley Reg. Voc. Tech. High School, Culinary Arts Dept. in Upton. A resident of Maine for the past 10 years, he had previously lived in Middleboro and Milford. He presently was a chef at the Black Diamond Steak House at Sunday River Ski Resort, Bethel, ME. He had previously cooked at Lorenzos Restaurant in Middleboro. He had also worked at Bait and Tackle shops which included Clems, Bobs, Jerrys, and Toms. He was a U.S. Army veteran serving with the 82nd Airborne Division. A profound lover of nature and the outdoors, he enjoyed the land on which he lived, gardened, fished, and nurtured. In addition to his parents Charles and Sharon, he is survived by his brother Stephen P. and his wife Kristen Clark of Sturbridge, MA; a sister Cheryl A. and her husband Christopher Rizzo of Raleigh, NC; nieces and nephew including Rachael, Danielle and Rebecca Clark and C.J and Cassandra Rizzo, and a brother-in-law David Renaud of Milford. He was predeceased by a sister Cynthia A. Renaud. Visiting hours will be Thursday June 27, 2013 from 5 | 7 p.m. in the Buma-Sargeant Funeral Home, 42 Congress St., Milford followed by a prayer service at 7 p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of ones choice in Charlies name.
