Theodore E. Mitchell Theodore E. Mitchell MILFORD Theodore E. Mitchell, 76, of Milford, died Tuesday, May 14, 2013 in the VA Hospital, West Roxbury. He was the husband of Joan J. (Narducci) Mitchell. Teddy and his wife Joan were the owners and operators of the White Horse Sports Pub in Gloucester, RI for many years. They previously owned the former Milford Glass and the former Thermal Pane, both in Milford, for several years. Teddy was born Feb. 27, 1937 in Hopedale, the son of the late Emery J. and Blanche I. (Jolette) Mitchell. He was a Korean War veteran serving in the U.S. Air Force as a firefighting paratrooper. Teddy was a member of the Italian American War Veterans Club, Post 40, the Dramatic Sportsmans Club, and the Marchegiano Club all in Milford. He loved to sing and was a well-known vocalist throughout the area. In addition to his wife Joan, he is survived by a daughter Lisa Bernier of Blackstone; two sisters, Gloria Amerito of CT and Sharon Darden of FL; a granddaughter Haley Latosek of Blackstone; two brothers-in-law, John Narducci of Blackstone and Eric K. Swanson of Mendon; and several nieces and nephews including Ann Olivera and John Narducci, Jr. At Teddys request, funeral services will be private. There are no public visiting hours.
