Patricia Marraffino Lambirth (Pat), 73, died peacefully after a short illness on Jan. 9, 2013. She is survived by her four daughters, Michaela, Erin, Shannon and Siobhan, her brother Jim, his wife, Linda and her niece, Kathy. Pat was born in Troy, NY to the late J Kenneth and Margaret Gardner. She served as a Librarian at the Medway and Raynham Public Libraries. She was active in St Josephs Parish in Medway. Pat made Hyannis her home in later years with the late James R. Lambirth. Most recently she became involved with Elks Lodge #1549 in Hyannis. Through her volunteer efforts she helped the Elks deliver 1000 dictionaries to local third grade children.
