Mr. Louis D. Romiglio, 70, of Milford MA, died unexpectedly Tuesday (February 4, 2014) at the Milford Regional Medical Center shortly after admittance. Mr. Romiglio was born in Milford MA, the son of the late Louis M. and the late Santina (Calzone) Romiglio. He attended Milford public schools and had been a longtime participant in the Alternatives Unlimited Program in Milford Mr. Romiglio was an avid Boston sports fan and also a longtime supporter of the John W. Powers Post #59 American Legion baseball team. He was admired and loved by all of his loving family members and many friends, but especially by his nieces and nephews. Mr. Romiglio is survived by his brother: John R. Romiglio and his longtime partner Marian Muise of Milford MA; his 2 Nieces: Karla, wife of Jeff Boudreau of Franklin MA and Keri, wife of Kyle Bigness of Whitinsville MA; his Nephew: John Ryan Romiglio and his wife Nicole of Milford MA; several grandnephews and one grandniece; also many cousins, especially Nancy Bremer of Shelton CT and his extended family: Josh and Theresa Lindsey of Milford MA and Joseph Muise of Milford MA. Also his former sister-in-law: Claudette Racine and her husband Tom of Charlton MA. His funeral will be held Saturday (February 8th) at 9am from the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 19 Winter Street, Milford MA. Burial will follow in Vernon Grove Cemetery, Milford MA. Visiting hours will be Friday (February 7th) from 4pm to 7pm. Please visit www.edwards memorialfuneralhome.com for condolence book.
