Obituary Condolences

Mr. Timothy P. Dunlavey, 51, of Framingham MA and formerly of Mendon MA, died Monday (June 30, 2014) at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham MA after a very brief illness. Mr. Dunlavey was born in Worcester MA, the son of the late Patrick and the late Eileen (Welcome) Dunlavey. He attended grammar schools in Mendon MA and was a graduate of Uxbridge High School. Mr. Dunlavey had been employed for many years at the Sheraton-Tara Hotel in Framingham MA and later at Colellas Supermarket in Hopkinton MA. He was a voracious reader and supporter of the Framingham public library. Mr. Dunlavey also loved animals and music. He was blessed with a keen sense of humor and enjoyed making people laugh. He loved spending time with his family members and many friends. Timothy accepted lifes many challenges and overcame many personal adversities. Timothy is survived by his 8 Siblings: Kathleen Welcome and her partner Tim Loff of Wellesley MA; Patricia Dunlavey and her husband Lawrence Caouette of Falmouth MA; Elizabeth Demers and her husband Maurice of Linwood MA; Phillip Dunlavey and his wife Helen of Mendon MA; Mary Dunlavey-Murphy and her partner John Hagan of Mendon MA; Michael Dunlavey and his wife Lori of Bellingham MA; William Dunlavey and his partner Janet MacNeil of Franklin MA; Marie Dunlavey-Riess and her husband Kurt Riess of Mendon MA; many nieces and nephews; also survived by many close friends including the Whitney family of Mendon MA and Larry Plisker of Framingham MA. His funeral will be held Thursday (July 3rd) at 9am from the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Gabriel the Archangel Church, 151 Mendon Street, Upton MA. Burial will follow in Hopedale Village Cemetery in Hopedale MA. Visiting hours will be Wednesday (July 2nd) from 5pm to 8pm. Please visit www.edwardsmemorialfuneralhome.com for condolence book.
