Annette Cooper Obituary

Mrs. Annette (Clark) Cooper, 93, of Westborough, MA, formerly of Mountain Lakes, N. J. passed away peacefully on Monday, October 13, 2014 after a period of declining health at the Beaumont Skilled Nursing facility in Westborough. She was the wife of the late Ernest H. Cooper who passed away in 1999. Born in Schenectady, N. Y., Annette was the daughter of the late William H. and Bertha L. Clark; and sister of the late William L. Clark. Annette graduated from Mountain Lakes High School in New Jersey in 1940 and then attended The Knox School in Cooperstown, New York. During World War II, while her husband served in the U. S. Annette was a loving, devoted and gracious wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to many people. Her favorite past times included reading, knitting, gardening, traveling and spending time with her family. Annette is survived by her daughter Marilyn Case and her husband Doug of Vero Beach, FLA; and Geraldine (Gerry) Hava and her husband Dale of Milford, MA; three grandchildren, David Hava and his wife Michaela of Natick, MA; Brian Hava and his wife, Jennifer of Hopedale, MA, and Kevin Hava and his wife, Teresa of Franklin, MA. She adored her seven great grandchildren, Everett, Bea, Colleen, Declan, Maeve, Callan and Robin. She also is survived by many wonderful friends at the Willows in Westborough where she resided for 14 years following the death of her husband. Funeral Services will be held Thursday (October 16th) at 11am at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA. Burial will follow in Restland Memorial Park in East Hanover NJ.
