IDALINA D. FERREIRA MAY 1, 1929 - OCT 22, 2010 Age 81, passed away in Merced, CA. She was born in Monte, Pico, Azores. She was a Line worker for a poultry company for 20 years and attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church and Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church both in Turlock, she enjoyed spending time with family especially her grandchildren. Survived by husband Manuel F. Ferreira of 53 years of Hilmar; sons-four, Renato M. Ferreira of San Jose, Isolino M. Ferreira and his wife Laura of Angels Camp, Fernando A. Ferreira and his wife Debbie of Turlock and Paul L. Ferreira and his wife Victoria of Hilmar; daughter Maria F. Nascimento and her husband Joe of Hilmar; sisters-three, Ana Silva of Turlock, Isabel Silva and Maria Leal, both of Canada; 15 grandchildren; and 4 great-granddaughters. Visitation from 2PM-8PM, Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2010 at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Chapel, Combined Rosary and Mass 10AM, Thursday, Oct. 28, 2010 at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church.
