Goldie Reeser Obituary

GOLDIE WORNER BELING REESER NOV 1917 ~ OCT 2010 Goldie Reeser was called home by her Lord and Savior at the age of 92 on October 22, 2010 in Turlock, California. Goldie was a native of Great Bend, ND, and graduated from Hankinson High School in Hankinson, ND. After her father's death, Goldie's mother moved the family to Van Nuys, CA where she met Wilson Bill'' Reeser at the Van Nuys Missionary Church and they were married January 1, 1938. In 1952, Bill and Goldie moved to Denair, CA where they had a small dairy. Goldie was a housewife and had the task of raising three sons. She and Bill enjoyed traveling the world after his retirement. She had been a member of the Van Nuys Missionary Church, Denair Missionary Church and the Turlock Evangelical Free Church (Crossroads). Goldie and Bill also did missionary work in the Philippines. Goldie was preceded in death by her husband Bill and her brothers Calvin Beling and Willard Beling. She is survived by her sons Larry (Loretta) Reeser, Tom (Gwendy) Reeser both of Turlock, and Dale (Cindy) Reeser of Calistoga, CA. She has eight grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. There was a private memorial service for the family members. Remembrances can be made to Turlock Christian Schools, P.O. Box 1540, Turlock, CA 95381. Arrangements were entrusted to Allen Mortuary.
