Henry Joseph Rocha Jr.

HENRY JOSEPH ROCHA, JR JAN 1925 ~ SEPT 2010 Henry was born in Manteca to Henry and Josephine Rocha in 1925. He later moved to Crows Landing where he met the love of his life Thelma and was drafted into World War II where he served in the Army. After his time in the service, he moved to Turlock and he and Thelma were married and he began farming. Henry belonged to Our Lady of Miracles in Gustine and Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Turlock. His interests included photography, fishing and spending time at the ocean. Henry is survived by his children Antoinette Rocha, Joseph Rocha, Ron Rocha and Eddie (Cindy) Rocha, Sr. all of Turlock and Henry (Janis) Rocha of Waterford and grandchildren Trevor, Adriana, Jacob, Justin, Danielle and Eddie Jr. He is preceded in death by his wife Thelma; parents; one sister and one brother. Viewing will be at Allen Mortuary on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with rosary to follow. Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. with burial to follow.
