Cheryl and Robert, I'm so sorry to hear about your Mom. I loved spending time at your house and at the cabin with everyone. I remember your Mom making spaghetti for my birthday dinner, because she knew I loooved her spaghetti. She always made me feel welcome, even when she knew Cheryl and I were up to no good. Lois you will be truly missed. My love and prayers are with you. Polly

My heart is breaking for all of you. The pain of losing my mom never goes away. There is never a day that goes by that I dont think of her. Lois was MY other MOM living next door to her growing up with Lynn and going to the cabin with so many wonderful memories. I loved friday nights at the cabin when we got there waiting for the chili she had made for dinner. Her and Mryl were my second mom & dad. Just cherish all the memories of her everyday, Love Susie (Lewis)Brock

This wonderful woman was such an integral part of my youth and adult life. My youth leader for so many years and an inspiration for so many more. The teens who attended the Riverbank Pentecostal Church of God all through the 1970's and 80's knew that there was nothing that could be hid from Sis. Lois. We believed that she walked so closely with God that he whispered in her ear all the things we may have kept from her. She could interpret our dreams with the message that she believed God had for us. It was this walk with HIm that caused us to fear her. By fear I mean respect. There is no doubt that she loved her friends, adored her family and worshipped her God. I will remember so many things about Sis Lois but today my mind see's her walking streets of gold, hand in hand with friends, loved ones and her saviour. Well done faithful servant. Well done.

Lois, my other Mother, how my heart breaks missing you. So many secrets I hold so dear in my heart of you. You've reached the ultimate goal of immortality. Though I am happy for you my grief is so great it will take a "mintue" for me to survive. I know your life and how full it was. I ask you to ask God to bring you back for at least another 10 years so we could have more talks. I guess it wasn't meant to be. I love you more than words can say. Robert's grief is so unbearable but we will survive and will always have those precious memories. Always in our hearts, forever more, your favorite daughter-in-law (the only one!!) Carolyn

Lois was one of the first people Pete introduced me to when we got married in 1969. He considered her family and they were always so happy to see each other in the rare times when we would cross paths with her in the last few years. She was one of the sweetest kindest persons we knew. Robert, Carolyn and all family members, my prayers are with you! Christina
