Louis M. Rodericks

LOUIS M. RODERICKS OCT 2, 1921 - NOV 24, 2010 Louis Manuel Rodericks age 89 of Newman passed away Wednesday at San Luis Convalescent Hospital in Newman. Mr. Rodericks was born in San Francisco and was a resident of Newman for 80 years. He was a self-employed cow artificial inseminator for 40 years and previously worked at the Gustine Post Office for 10 years. He was a parishioner of the Shrine of Our Lady of Miracles in Gustine and a member of the Native Sons of the Golden West and he enjoyed playing golf. Mr. Rodericks is survived by his daughters, Susan Lackey of Atwater and Jean Lagrutta of Los Banos; sister, Tina Boffa of Los Angeles; step-brothers, Mike DiCiano of Gustine, Bob DiCiano of Aptos; nine grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eva Rodericks and son, Lawrence Rodericks. A Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Tuesday, November 30th at Hillview Funeral Chapel in Gustine. A second visitation will be held at 9:00 am with a Rosary/Mass at 10:00 am, Wednesday, December 1st at the Shrine of Our Lady of Miracles in Gustine.
