I will miss Mel. I knew him best as a board member of Celebrate Life International (the Teach One to Lead One program was mentioned in the obituary). As a CLI staff member, I appreciate Mel's passion for at-risk youth, and his influence on getting Teach One to Lead One into Madera. Penny, we love you and stand with you. In your loss and pain, may you also--at the same time--find the quiet whisper of God's reassuring love for you and your family.
