Iris and family,
We just heard of Mike's passing. Our prayers and sympathy are with you and your family. We will always remember Mike for his kindness and soft spoken, gentle demeanor. We will never forget the day he showed up at our home just to give our children their first helicoptor ride....You should have seen the surprise on our childrens faces that day. It was always a pleasure to run into you and Mike at the Fair and just visit. Mike was a man of principle and we feel priviliged to have known him. Keep all the wonderful memories of your times together close to your heart.

Mike was not only a good customer but was a good friend at the same time. He was a man of principle and lived it every day of his life. It was a privilige to have been involved in agriculture with him and I am thankful for the contribution he made to our industry and the wisdom he deposited in my life. My deepest sympathy,

My prayers and sympathy to family and friends of Mike. I knew Mike and family from the early and late 80's through marriage to Charles Anderson's daughter Rhonda. This is a very sad day for me to read this, he will be missed by everyone. He was a great man, and well respected. . My deepest sympathy, Ed Hiatt (Eddie)

To all of the Anderson Family,
Ray has known Mike for many, many years and has admired him and respected him for the man he was. Hard-working, humorous, a gentle man, and a loyal friend.
I "knew of" of Mike for a long time through Ray, but never actually talked to him personally until I was partnered with him one day while setting up and taking down the flags for the town's celebration of the various holidays. I so wish I had met him in this way years sooner. I found him to be so enjoyable to talk to or to just listen to as he talked to others. Soft spoken, opinionated but respectful, hard-working and the longest legs I have ever tried to run to keep up with. He would give me a head start after folding the flag and before setting off for the next, but he would still catch me. I had to laugh because I got this picture in my mind of an old cartoon showing a big dog strolling up the street with a little dog fairly running to keep up with him. We must have been a sight for the traffic passing by. But he just smiled and never made me feel like I was slowing him down...that would not have been the gentlemanly thing to do and my impression was he definitely was a gentleman.
Such a respected and well thought of man, I can't recall. They say we are all diminished by the loss of a single soul...with Mike Anderson, I believe in the truth of that.
To all of the Anderson family, our sincere condolences. A great loss, indeed.
Sincerely,
Ray and Kathy Flowers

I feel honored to have known Mike. I always enjoyed talking to Mike. He always had an opinion, and you knew which side he was on. Even in his soft spoken voice. I will miss him. He has left us to early.
