Nathaniel Montez Obituary

REV. NATHANIEL MONTEZ JR. APR 17, 1965 - NOV 29, 2010 Reverend Nathaniel Montez Jr went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ after many years of illness. He is survived by his two beautiful daughters, Devonette and Athalia Montez, his mother Lucille Montez, and siblings, Suzette, Nannette, Jay, Daniel Montez, and Carmen Mejia. He will be missed by his extended family of Uncles, Aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and church family. Nate's life was a testament to his faith in God, and the power of HIS resurrection. Many times Nate was at death's door and God extended his life; our time with him after a kidney transplant nine years ago was our gift from God. Services will be held at the church he pastored for over fifteen years, Apostolic Christian Temple of Salida 5670 Pirrone Road at 6pm on Thurs., Dec. 9, and 10am, Fri., Dec. 10. www.modbee.com/obituaries

Dearest Montez Family
My heart goes out to each of you. Losing a father, losing a son, a brother, an uncle and so the list goes on for a life snuffed out in our view before his time. But our REDEEMER lives, HE knows, HIS purpose is above ours, and most importantly, HE has placed eternity in our hearts.
With love, Henri and Jennifer Haber
