PATRICIA A. BAPTISTA FEB 1942 ~ OCT 2010 Patricia Baptista, 68, of Turlock passed away at Brandel Manor on Monday, October 11. She was born in Riverside, CA to Jack and Grace Murray. She was raised in Southern California and had lived in the Turlock area for 48 years. Patricia worked for Safeway throughout the Central Valley, for 35 years ending her career as an assistant manager. She was a member of Monte Vista Chapeland was a small group leader. She was also a member of Backcountry Horsemen Club. God and family were her life. Patricia is survived by her husband Alvin Baptista; children Robert Herrington of Modesto, Daniel Herrington of Texas, Christopher Herringtonof Denair, Denise Davis of Turlock and Debra Nielsen of Napa, CA; grandchildren Ryndee, Bryan, Kyle, Cierra, Joshua, Megan, Matthew, James, Kristopher and Ashley; three great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her first husband Bobby Herrington. A visitation will be at Allen Mortuary on Friday, October 15 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The funeral will be at Allen Mortuary on Saturday, October 16 at 10:00 a.m. with burial following at Turlock Memorial Park.
