Robert Anthony Aguiar
November 16, 1968 - February 19, 2013
Robert Anthony Aguiar (aka Festa), age 44, beloved husband and father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend passed away unexpectedly on February 19th.  Robert was born in Manteca and graduated from Turlock High School in 1987.  He made his home in Hughson and was an active member of the community.
Robert was the Sales Manager at Westurf Nursery in Modesto.  Robert loved his Westurf family and developed many long lasting friendships during his career.
Robert was larger than life.  Any new acquaintance became  an instant friend.  He was social media personified.  If anyone needed a favor, you knew to go to Robert.  Robert organized and was involved in many fundraisers and was well known for his wonderful BBQs.  His generosity knew no limits.
Robert loved coaching and encouraging children of all ages and was very involved in his children's activities.  Spending time with family and friends were his greatest joys.  Robert had a great faith in God and often said how blessed he was.  Robert will remain in our hearts forever and we were blessed to have known and loved him.
Robert was preceded in death by father Edwin Aguiar, uncle Mario Aguiar and cousin Nick Alves.  He is survived by his wife Christi, daughter Rylie Aguiar and son Dominic Aguiar.  His mother Louise Aguiar , sister Diane Aguiar (Paul), brother Dennis Aguair (Chrissy), nephew s Alex Aguiar, Brandon Aguiar (Valerie)and niece Brittany Aguiar.  He is further survived and missed by his in-laws and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and cherished friends that he considered family.  A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 28th, 10:30a.m. at Big Valley Grace Community Church (4040 Tully Road, Modesto) .   In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Robert Aguiar Memorial Fund (Bank of the West - Hughson Branch) or go to  www.DonateToRobertAguiar.com.
