Virginia Mae Pizzato

VIRGINIA MAE PIZZATO MAR 13, 1926 - DEC 4, 2010 Virginia will be fondly remembered by friends and family as a loving mother and grandmother. Born in Catlettsburg, Ky., she lived in the Bay Area many years before settling inthe Valley in 1997. Her survivors include sons, Steve Shook (Chele) of Clear Lake, Iowa, Pete Pizzato (Barbara) of Modesto, and Art Pizzato (Debbie) of Livermore; daughters, Sue Benavidez (Fred) of Turlock, Toni Shook (Tony) of Pleasanton, and Tina Courant (late Bill Courant) of Tracy. Preceded in death by her husband, John Pizzato. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. A viewing to be held Thurs., Dec. 9th from 5-8 p.m. at Eaton Family Funeral Home, 513 12th St., Modesto. Services will be held on Fri., Dec. 10th at 1:00 p.m. at the Assembly of God Church, 2007 5th St. in Hughson. Graveside services to follow at Turlock Memorial Park, 425 N.
