Virginia Pizzato Obituary

VIRGINIA MAE PIZZATO MAR 13, 1926 - DEC 4, 2010 Virginia will be fondly remembered by friends and family as a loving mother and grandmother. Born in Catlettsburg, Ky., she lived in the Bay Area many years before settling inthe Valley in 1997. Her survivors include sons, Steve Shook (Chele) of Clear Lake, Iowa, Pete Pizzato (Barbara) of Modesto, and Art Pizzato (Debbie) of Livermore; daughters, Sue Benavidez (Fred) of Turlock, Toni Shook (Tony) of Pleasanton, and Tina Courant (late Bill Courant) of Tracy. Preceded in death by her husband, John Pizzato. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. A viewing to be held Thurs., Dec. 9th from 5-8 p.m. at Eaton Family Funeral Home, 513 12th St., Modesto. Services will be held on Fri., Dec. 10th at 1:00 p.m. at the Assembly of God Church, 2007 5th St. in Hughson. Graveside services to follow at Turlock Memorial Park, 425 N. You were the best mom anyone could of asked for you were always helping someone in your life You raised 4 kids by yourself which i know was a struggle but you never complained we always had food in are bellies and a place to live i love you and will miss you very much thanks mom for everything you did
