I'm at a loss. John was a force to be reckoned with. He had a vision and did not suffer fools lightly. Air service for our area became his mission -- first with Air Laughlin, then turning volunteer work on the airport authority into a full-time yet unpaid vocation. He will be missed, but his vision and efforts will live on as his legacy.
