Ray M. Huckins, age 77, passed away Friday, November 9, 2012, in Fort Mohave, Ariz. Ray was born April 10, 1935, in Blunt, S.D., to Ralph and Dollie (Peck) Huckins.

Ray was preceded in death by his parents; son, Jeff Huckins; brother, Ralph Huckins; and sister, Lily Belle Paye.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Marylyn, of Mohave Valley, Ariz. in the winter, and Huron, South Dakota in the summer; two sons, Kevin (Mary) of Winterhaven, Florida, and Todd (Pam) of Bellflower, Calif.; sister, Pauline (Edgar) Hinderer of E. Wenatchee, Wash.; two brothers, Leslie (Ida) Curtis of Rock Falls, Ill., and Wayne Curtis of Huron, S. D.; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A Scripture Service was held at 2:00 p.m on Tuesday, November 13, 2012, at Desert Lawn Funeral Home, 9250 S. Ranchero Lane, Mohave Valley, Ariz. Fr. Charlie Urnick will officiate.
Military Honors will be presented by the United Veterans Honor Guard.
