Stephen Lark Wilson, age 66, a 10-year resident of Laughlin, Nev., passed peacefully in his sleep after a number of years of ill health on Friday, December 28, 2012 in Laughlin. Stephen was born on December 9, 1946 in Winnie Wood, Okla.

Stephen was a big man with a bigger heart. He never met a stranger, and throughout his life had made hundreds, if not thousands, of friends who loved him dearly. He will be sorely missed.
Steve spent the last half of his career with the Classic Car Auto Museum at the Riverside Resort and Casino. It was in this position that Steve became known around the country and world for his friendly and knowledgeable service to the thousands of visitors to the museum. Steve loved his job, and especially the opportunity to "talk cars" with other enthusiasts.
Stephen was a classic car enthusiast, riding his beloved Indian Chief motorcycle.
Stephen was preceded in death by his mother and father, Marchetta and Lark Wilson of Oxnard, Calif.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Cindy Wilson of Laughlin, Nev.; step-daugher, Candice (Nate) Cobb of Garwin, Iowa; two sisters, Karen (Bob) Rierson of Ore., and Brenda (Bill) Burns of Calif.; brother, Rick (Mona) Wilson of Calif.; two granddaughters, Abby and Izzy Cobb of Garwin, Iowa; and many loved nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held starting at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at the Riverside Resort and Casino, Harbor Ports Room, 1650 Casino Drive, Laughlin, Nev.
