Echols, William Frank "Bill", age 79, a resident of Montgomery, passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Echols, Effie Echols Gaddy and Larkin Gaddy; grandson, Aaron Echols and brothers, William Echols, Clarence Echols and Nelson Gaddy. Bill is survived by his wife, Mae Echols; sons, Billy (Gisele) Echols, Mike (Carol) Echols and daughter, Donna (Mark) Matthews; grandsons, Brandon (Stephanie) Echols, Bryan Echols, Nathan Echols, Josh (Laura) Matthews and Will Matthews; brother, Tommy (Anne) Gaddy; sisters, Velma (Frank) Carter and Carolyn Gaddy; sisters-in-law: Marie Echols and Ludie Gaddy; nieces and nephews and beloved pets Sophie and Sissy. The family will receive guests one hour prior to the service which will be held on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Alabama Heritage Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be his grandsons and nephew David Gaddy. Condolences may be offered at

Mae and family, we just learned about Mr Bill today, and are very sorry, we have good memories of being with yall traveling. He will be missed by all who knew him.
