Joe Blankenship, 80, of Montgomery passed away on 12/24/12. Joe was a Navy Veteran of the Korean War and owned Fishnet Seafoods. His Survivors are children: Janese (Al) Caraway, Andy (Lisa) Blankenship, Allen (Dodie) Blankenship and Jenifer (Paul) Houlton, and sisters Virginia Noland and Mary Catherine (Jim) Weston. He had 12 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 11-1, January 3 at Leak Memory Chapel with graveside services to follow at 2 at Alabama Heritage Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.leak-mc.com.
