Brittany Young Obituary
Ms. Brittany O. Young, a resident of Montgomery, Alabama expired March 20, 2017. Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 26, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. from Starr Baptist Church, 920 Mill Street, 36108 with Pastor Clinton Maryland, officiating. Interment in Eastwood Cemetery. She leaves to cherish her memories, mother, Valiere Young (Orlando Franklin); father, Ade Jababoo; stepfathers, Frederick Anthony Tyson and Lee Grant Smith Jr., one brother, Joseph (Kourtney) Creighton; two sisters, Antaysia Tyson and Queencielia Smith; grandmother, Queen Harvey; one uncle, Byron (Donna) Young; two aunts, Yvette (George Jr.) Smith and Kimberly (J.D.) Harvey; one great aunt; four great uncles and their wives; one niece; devoted friend, Princess Johnson and a host of other relatives and friends.

My heart is deeply saddened with the loss of Brittany. I met Brittany when she was employed as a summer worker at the age of sixteen. She did not meet any strangers and of course we adopted each other as family from then on. She went to church with me on Sundays and it was always a delight to be in her presence. I will miss her beautiful smile and her unique, vivacious personality. We hugged each other so tightly when we saw each other recently. I would have asked her to stay if I had only known....
