Stanley Bowles Obituary
Mr. Stanley R. Bowles, 54, a resident of Millbrook, AL passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2013. He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years Tina Bowles; his three children, Nicki Corum (Keith Corum), Stanley Bowles Jr. and Tim Bowles (Marisa Bowles); one grandchild, Jack Corum and three sisters, Billy Womble (Dave Womble), Robyn Fail (Wallace Fail) and Renna Bowles. After serving eight years in the US Air Force, Stanley and his family settled down in Millbrook, AL. Stanley continued to work at Maxwell Air Force Base after leaving active duty and took great pride in teaching and molding the younger co-workers to be better airmen. Stanley was a constant figure at the little league baseball fields where he could be found coaching young boys to not only be better baseball players but also to be better men. Stanley dedicated his life to his family with the purpose to make well rounded, loving, happy, funny, educated children. Finally, as anyone that knew him will tell you, he was a HUGE University of Alabama fan. He traveled to games across the south east and every Saturday you would find him either in Tuscaloosa or glued to the TV. He would end almost every conversation with a big ROLL TIDE!

A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, June 18, 2013 from 6:00 - 8:00, at the Millbrook Civic Center located at 3168 Park Circle, Millbrook AL 36054. Please come casually dressed and preferably wearing your crimson. The family would love for this to be an occasion filled with laughter and the sharing of memories of a man who meant so much to so many.
