Tommy Swearengin Obituary
Swearengin, Mr. Tommy Joe age 55, a resident of Deatsville, AL passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, October 26, 2013. He was born in Montgomery, AL and graduated from Doolin Technical College with his degree in HVAC. He was the proprietor of All American Air serving the Tri-County area. As a licensed minister he served the prison ministry for several years. He was a true and avid hunter and fisherman with a heart as big as the all outdoors that beat within a camouflage soul..... Tommy Joe is survived by his wife Elaine, children Tommy Joe, Jr. (Jennifer), Brandy (Bryan), grandchildren Bryce, Bryna, Michael, Jared, Brandon, Mackenzie and Levi, his mother Clara, sisters Barbara (Bobby Joe), Virginia (Donnie), brothers James "Buddy" (Debbie), Benny, Robert and several nieces, nephews cousins and friends. Mr. Swearengin was preceded in death by his father James Herbert Swearengin, Sr. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Brookside Funeral Home with burial to follow at Brookside Memorial Gardens. Rev. Bill Young will officiate the services. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Gift of Life Foundation. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 from 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
