Wilma Rebecca Lowry Lambert, died at the age of 92 surrounded by her family in Birmingham, Alabama. Mrs. Lambert died of natural causes on the 5th day of January, 2013. Wilma was born on August 31, 1920 in New Brockton, Alabama. She was born to Leila and R.C. Lowry along with brother, R.C. Lowry and sisters, Delma Johnson, Addie Mae Mosley and Gynette Freeman. She was the wife of the late Bud William Lambert. Wilma was a long time member of Capital Heights Baptist Church. Mrs. Lambert's life revolved around her family. She had a love for babies and flowers, especially roses. Wilma is survived by her children, Rebecca Campbell (Harold), Robert Lambert (Janice), Gayle Skipper ( Darrell) and Donna Crawley (Rod); Grandchildren, Cindy Campbell, Tommy Campbell (Sue Ann), Danny Campbell (Jenger), Susan Myrick (Darrell), Trent Lambert (Kim), Jake Lambert, Shellie Vines (Darrell), Scott Skipper (Tammy), Sandy Argo (Heath), Mitch Crawley and Cristen Crawley; Great-grandchildren, Trey Campbell, Travis Campbell, Taylor Campbell, Mary Catherine Campbell, John Daniel Campbell, Jordan Stewart , Robert Stewart, Jack Lambert, William Lambert, Madalyn Vines, Charlie Vines, Katelyn Skipper, Carson Skipper, Will Argo, Abbie Argo and Weston Argo. A visitation will be held at Leak Memory Chapel on January 8, 2013 at 10:00 am, followed by a graveside service at Greenwood Cemetery at 11:00 am.
