KIMBALL, CW2 Jeffrey Stephen, 53, a resident of Montgomery, AL, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, March 2, 2014. He passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family. He was born in Chicopee Falls, MA. He was a 1978 graduate of Warner Robins High School, Warner Robins, GA. He graduated from Middle GA State College in Cochran, GA, in 1982.
Upon graduating from the Warrant Officer's Candidate Program in Ft, Rucker, AL, he was stationed in the US Army at Ft. Campbell, KY, from 1985 - 1989. He served with the 101st Airborne Division, "Screaming Eagles" as a Bell AH-1 Cobra Attack Helicopter Pilot. After leaving the US Army, he pursued a career in business management. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stephen Francis Kimball, Jr, and Elizabeth Ann Wilder Kimball. He is survived by his wife of twenty eight years, Tracy Billings Kimball; sons, Joshua Stephen Kimball and Jacob Lee Kimball; daughter, Caitlin Elizabeth Kimball, all of Montgomery, AL; brother, Kevin Harold Kimball (Sonja); sister, Stephanie Kimball Cocciolo (Mark); nieces and nephews, Sarah Kimball Van Horn, Kristopher David Cocciolo, Kelsey Elizabeth Cocciolo, Annie Tyler Kimball; mother-in-law, Janice L. Morgan; father-in-law, Carl W. Billings, Jr; brother-in-law, Robert C. Billings. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, March 6, 2014, at Andersonville National Cemetery, Andersonville, GA. The family will receive friends at Alabama Heritage Funeral Home in Montgomery, AL on Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. CST. In lieu of flowers the family requests that you make a donation to
