Patrick Hale Obituary
Mr. Hale is survived by his father, Oscar Henry Hale, Jr., and mother, Tina Vanderford Hale, and two sisters, Blake Hale Hardwich (Trey Hardwich) and Ashley Hale Rives (Bobby Rives). He was a loving uncle to Caroline, Colby and Emma Rives and Marlin and Stella Hardwich.
Mr. Hale was a lover of music and theatre. He was a member of First United Methodist Church where he sang in the choir. He was also a member of the Montgomery Civic Chorale. He was involved in community theatre throughout the River Region making his first debut at the age of nine and continuing in numerous performances at the Wetumpka Depot. His last performance was as the angel, Clarence, in It's a Wonderful Life at the Cloverdale Playhouse this past December.
Visitation will be in the First United Methodist Church fellowship hall on Sunday, January 11 at 2:00 p.m. Services will be held at First United Methodist Church at 3:00 p.m. Graveside services will follow immediately after at the City of Wetumpka Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Wetumpka Depot Players, Inc., the Montgomery Civic Chorale or the First United Methodist Church Music and Arts Program.

I can't believe Patrick is gone! We just recently met through a business matter and became friends. We decorated his office together for Christmas and sang Christmas Carols and show tunes while we worked...I went to see him and the cast in It's a Wonderful Life"! He loved his family and friends and never met a stranger. He will be dearly missed. My sincere condolences to his family. This a reminder of how fragile and unpredictable life is. May God's sweet peace comfort us all as we mourn our loss and our memories bless us in the days to come. Blessings and Peace,

Patrick lit up every stage he appeared on. He filled the Dungeon with humor and exultant comic timing. He vibrantly filled his roles, enjoying every part. I never thought to see this day, and am sad for our Community's loss. I grieve for the Hale family who loved him more than any of us could. It hurts me not to be at his services, but I am there in mind and spirit. I love him, Thank you ffor sharing him with us all.
