Alderfer, Miriam Vanderslice* - Hatboro And Abington  
Miriam Alderfer of Hatboro and Abington Miriam Vanderslice Alderfer, 94, passed away peacefully on Wednesday June 17th, 2015. Her three daughters were with her. She was born on January 24, 1921 to Thomas Russell and Jane K. (Alexander) Vanderslice. She was married to John Roessler Alderfer for 63 years until he died, in 2005. She spent most of her life living in Hatboro and Abington. She is survived by her three loving daughters and their families: Lois Hamilton (Richard), Janet Lutz Estrin (Zachary) and Joy Alderfer; grandchildren: Jane Roscoe (John), Lynn Tegler (James), Carla Robertson, Laura Lutz and Craig Lutz; great-grandchildren: Amanda, Gretchen, Jocelyn, and Sarah, James, Matthew and Ryan, Haley and Mila. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas Russell, Jr. and James A. Vanderslice. Miriam graduated from Hatboro High School in 1938. After graduation, she was employed as a secretary at PSFS Bank, and later for 25 years as secretary at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Abington, Pa., where she was also a member for 70 years. She was a very happy homemaker and enjoyed many hobbies and traveling. She leaves behind many dear relatives and friends. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at 11:00 on July 11, 2015 at Holy Trinity, 2086 Parkview Ave. Abington Pa. 19001. Her body was donated to Humanity Gifts Registry Research, 130 S. Ninth St. Phila. Baird III, James A.* - Formerly Of Glenside  
James A. Baird III, formerly of Glenside James A. Baird III, 60, of Wildwood Crest, NJ formerly from Glenside, PA passed away on Wednesday June 24, 2015 at home with his loving wife Rosalie by his side. Jim was preceded in death by his parents James A. II and Nancy (McGlynn), his brother Greg. Jim is survived by his wife Rosalie (Ciocca), his children Nicole (Ed) Baniack, Emily (Kyle) Musica & James IV, his grandchildren, Eddie, Eva, Cole, his brothers Stephen (Ursula), Kevin (Jill), Brian (Sue); Sisters, Nancy, Betsy (Dave) Quillen and his loving nieces, nephews and numerous other relatives. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 1PM Saturday July 11, 2015 at the Church of the Assumption, 7100 Seaview Ave., Wildwood Crest, NJ where friends may call from 12:30 pm in the church. Davis, Frances Debra* - Philadelphia  
Frances Debra Davis, 56 of Philadelphia, PA, formerly of state college died Monday in Philadelphia, PA. Born in Woodbury , NJ, she was the daughter of Frances (Burke) and the late Andrew J. and Clark. Mrs. Davis married Edward A. Davis. She was a School Bus Driver. Survived by her husband: Edward A. Davis and two sons: Edward (Jen) Davis IV, James (Tina Murray) Davis, Daughter of Frances (Burke) Clark, Sister of two sisters: Trisha Harder, Barbara Spiotto and two brothers: John Clark, Ernie Spiotto; Predeceased by her brother, Robert J. Clark. Funeral service was held Tuesday 6/30 at 11:00 am at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, Inc., 425 Lyceum Avenue, Philadelphia. Interment will be Tuesday in Private.

DiNunzio, Frank* - Souderton  
Frank DiNunzio of Souderton Frank DiNunzio, age 88, of Souderton, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, on Tuesday June 16, 2015. He was the beloved husband of Anna DiNunzio with whom he shared 67 years of marriage. Born September 1, 1926, he was the son of the late Anthony Frank and Mildred DiNunzio and the grandson of Emma Beck. Frank was a loving, devoted husband, father and grandfather, and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Known for his keen sense of humor, dry wit and disarming smile, he will be greatly missed. A World War II Veteran, he served in the United States Army and was a member of the Souderton American legion Post #234. He played high school football and was an ardent supporter of Souderton Area football. Playing cards, gliding, and spending time in the Poconos and the Outer Banks were a few of his favorite things to do. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children Mary Jane Landes and her husband A. Bradley, Michael DiNunzio and his wife Janet, Patricia DiNunzio-Ruth and her husband Randy, Richard DiNunzio and his wife Denise; grandchildren A. Eric, Adam, Brent, Andrew, Brian, Matthew, Lauren, Alison, Erin and daughter-in-law Meg DiNunzio. He was preceded in death by son Frank S. DiNunzio and granddaughter Emily Rose DiNunzio. Family and friends are invited to attend his funeral Mass at 10 AM, on Saturday June 27, at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, 1601 Derstine Road, Hatfield, where the family will greet guests from 9 – 9:45 AM. Donahue Jr., James A.* - Boston  
James A. Donahue Jr. of Glenside James A. Donahue, Jr., born April 30, 1929 in Boston, Massachusetts died June 29, 2015 at Holy Redeemer Hospice in Abington, Pennsylvania. Jim was the devoted husband of Helen Baker Donahue of Nassau, Bahamas. Jim and Helen were married 58 years. They have five children. Jim was the son of James A. Donahue, Sr. and Caroline (Castonia) Donahue of Lancaster, New Hampshire. In the 1940’s, the family moved from Lancaster to Hudson, Massachusetts where Jim graduated from Hudson High School. He obtained a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in Boston. He also served in the U. S. Army in post World War II Germany. After graduating college Jim went to work for one of his college professors, Raymond Gosselin. R.A. Gosselin and Co. pioneered the use of statistics to track pharmaceutical sales and uses. Jim worked for R. A. Gosselin and its successor company, IMS for more than 30 years. After leaving IMS, Jim worked for the AARP Pharmacy in Hatboro, Pennsylvania, and the Express Scripts mail order pharmacy in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. Jim was a member of St. Luke’s the Evangelist Church in Glenside, Pennsylvania for more than 40 years. He is survived by his wife, Helen; his son James A. Donahue, III and his wife, Deborah, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania; son Michael of Doylestown, Pennsylvania; sons George and Stephen, both of Glenside, Pennsylvania; and daughter Ann Marie of Burbank, California; a sister, Sally Eastman and her husband Roger Gilbert of Framingham, Massachusetts; four sisters-in-law, Freda, Mary, Virginia and Juanita Baker of Nassau, Bahamas and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass Friday 11:00AM at Church of St. Luke the Evangelist 2316 Fairhill Avenue, Glenside, PA 19038. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Thursday 7 to 9PM at the William R. Favata, Antoinette Marie Galizia* - West Palm Beach  
Antoinette Marie Galizia Favata of West Palm Beach, FL Antoinette Marie Galizia Favata, passed peacefully on March 7, 2015, in West Palm Beach, Florida, surrounded by her loving family. She was 92. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lucien Russell Favata and they are both sorely missed by their children, Christine M. Favata, Honorable Cynthia M. Rufe (Honorable John Rufe), Celeste M. Rolph (Larry), Cheron M. Camacho and Lucien R. Favata, Jr. ( Dawn). Mrs. Favata was also survived by her sisters, Michelina Margaret Stakenas and Belle Krasnansky, who also passed in May; by her grandchildren, Alicia Gattenio (Jack), Brett Buzzatto (Melissa), Tiffany Alexander, Esquire (Steven), Michael Ross Favata and Meredith Fields (Christopher) and step- grandchildren, Katharine Rufe, Kristin (Matthew) McGee, and Amy Rufe; by her great grandchildren, Casey Jack, Brooke and Jack Gattenio, Vivian Buzzatto, Elizabeth and Christina Alexander, Nathaniel Fields, Quinn Aleardi, and Emerson and McKenna McGee; and by many nieces and nephews. To all who knew her, she was a most warm, generous and loving person with the ability to give comfort to those in need. A native of Bristol Borough, valedictorian of her graduating class, Antoinette studied voice and opera. An accomplished singer, she performed on radio and later as soloist in St. Anne’s Church choir in Bristol for many years. She also rose to become the Executive Secretary to the President of RCA in Princeton, NJ. She and her husband retired to Florida in 1982. Years later she returned to Bucks County, residing with her daughter and son-in-law in Newtown and spending long winters in Florida with her son and daughter-in-law. Her entire life was devoted to family, and her happiest moments, of which there were many, were spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at Our Lady Queen of the Apostles Church in Royal Palm Beach, FL. She was laid to rest along side her husband Lucien at Queen of the Universe Cemetery. A Memorial Prayer Service will be held at The Olde Church of Saint Andrew, 135 S. Sycamore Street, Newtown, PA 18940 on July 11, 2015 at 2PM.
