Ernest A. Lucchesi Jr.

Ernest A. Lucchesi, Jr. 46, of Ambler, PA, died on April 2, 2012 at Abington Memorial Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Michele L. (Mann) Lucchesi for24 years. Ernie was born in Bryn Mawr, PA on November 9, 1965 to Ernest A. and Catherine A. (Monaco) Lucchesi, Sr. He was a graduate of Henderson High School in West Chester and received his Criminal Justice Degree from Penn State University. Ernest was a Private Investigator for the Commercial Index Borough for 21 years. Ernie loved lacrosse and enjoyed refereeing greatly. He also loved being outdoors and enjoyed hunting. Ernie was a very caring and loving person who loved his family and friends greatly. Along with his wife Michele, and his parents Catherine and Ernest, he is survived by his 2 children Brittany and Nicholas Lucchesi, his grandson Dominic Lukens, his brother Nicholas Lucchesi (Melyce), his 2 sisters Charlene Bailey (Tom) and Gina Lucchesi, his mother-in-law and father-in-law William and Ruthann Mann, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 10:30 AM at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 259 Forest Ave., Ambler, PA. The viewing will be held Monday evening from 6:30-9:00 PM and Tuesday from 8:30-10:00 AM at the Emil J. Ciavarelli Family Funeral Home, 951 E. Butler Pike, Ambler. Interment will be in St. John Neumann Cemetery.
