Jonathan Elam Elwell

ELWELL SERVICE A celebration of the life of Jonathan Elam Elwell, 44, will be held 2-5 p.m. Aug. 26, 2012, at the Tylersport Fire Hall, Rte. 563-Ridge Rd,Tylersport, PA. He was recovered in Iowa June 19, 2012, after going missing in April while on vacation. Born Nov. 4, 1967, at Grandview Hospital, he was a son of Wanda (Milligan) Elwell and the late Herbert James Elwell Jr. A 1986 graduate of Souderton Area High School, he resided in Shillington, PA and was employed as a phone survey specialist for STR of Allentown. Jonathan was an avid bicyclist and photographer as well as a talented electronics fan. In addition to his mother Jonathan is survived by three sisters, Gay Elwell and her husband Karl Stirner; Merry Elwell Markland and Joy Lynne Rank; two brothers, Herbert James Elwell III and William Ernest Elwell; three nieces; two nephews; one nephew-in-law; one niece-in-law; two grandnieces; four grandnephews; an aunt and uncle, a great aunt and 20 cousins. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Star 1 Rescue, P.O. Box 506, Ames, IA 50010; Crawford County Fireman's Association, P.O.
