Obituary Condolences

Arthur Thierolf 93 a resident of Souderton for 59 years, before moving to the Lutheran Community of Telford, died Sunday, February 19, 2012. He was the husband of the late Helen (Kneisener) Thierolf. Born September 24, 1918 in Chalfont he was a son of the late Allen, Sr. and Laura (Hager) Thierolf. Arthur served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Before and after the war he worked as a hosiery knitter, after retiring he helped with maintenance at the American Legion Warren G. Royer Post 234, Souderton, where he was a member. He was also a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Hilltown. He is survived by his children Patricia Hendericks and her husband Leverne of Telford and Gerald Thierolf and his wife Gale of Tamaiac, FL, 9 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. A viewing will be held from 10 -11 am on Thursday, Feb. 23, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 1530 Augsburg Dr., Hilltown, 18927, where a funeral service will be held at 11 am. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Lutheran Community at Telford, 235 N. Washington St., Telford, 18969 and American Legion Warren G.
